I can't believe I'm the first to review - I read between 2 and 6 new books a week, and this is only the second book review I've ever written, so take it from me and download this one! I'm not generally into the werewolf/vampire/paranormal genre (I downloaded this one I think mostly because I liked the cover). This book handled that subject with a newness that surprised and intrigued me. What I really loved was the author's intricate grasp of time and how events were interwoven in such a way that I was constantly on my toes but not so confused that I wanted to give up. This was masterfully done, in my opinion - a unique premise, interesting characters, great dialogue, a satisfying ending with a hint of what's to come. I had so much fun near the beginning of the book, when, like Rebecca, we have NO clue what Bennet, Clarisse, and the Seer are talking about, but it is still so captivating to listen to their conversation! Clarisse was a gem - I hope the next book in the series features her even more than this one. I can't wait for it; it's on my list of must-reads.Are you still hanging around? Buy it already!
